Overview
This is an exciting new opportunity within the Carers Health Programme, working with the NHS in a hospital setting, to;
- provide information, advice, support and guidance to carers identified via the Conquest Hospital in Hastings
- referring carers to services provided by voluntary and statutory sector partners
- empowering carers to develop their skills and confidence in their caring role, build their resilience and ability to prioritise their own health and wellbeing
- empowering Secondary Care staff to identify, refer and support unpaid carers

Hours: Up to 37 hours per week, part-time hours will be considered
Salary: £24,496 per annum, based on 37 hours per week
Contract term: Permanent
Primary Location: Hastings, East Sussex
We have office bases at Eastbourne, Uckfield, Hastings and Lewes together with the option of hybrid working and remote working
