We are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Data team, playing a key role in unlocking value through data-driven decision making and supporting complex, business-critical initiatives.

You’ll be joining a domain that operates at the intersection of business change and technology delivery, responsible for translating complex business needs into clear, testable, technically precise requirements.

The role plays a key part in enabling high-quality solution design, working closely with engineering, architecture, QA, and platform teams, while ensuring business outcomes, regulatory requirements, and customer impacts are fully understood and traceable.

The internal customer you support is central to driving profitable growth, while protecting both customers and the business through strong risk management and data-led decision making across areas such as pricing and affordability. • Comfortable working across multiple systems, data flows, and integration points

  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
