Job details:
- Analyse intervention performance across customer, behavioural, operational and commercial outcomes.
- Use SQL to extract, transform and interrogate datasets that support intervention decision-making.
- Build analytical views, dashboards or outputs that help teams monitor intervention activity and effectiveness.
- Apply scenario analysis, optimisation or trade-off techniques to support prioritisation and decision-making.
- Evaluate alternative intervention strategies against agreed success measures and constraints.
- Support experimentation, measurement frameworks and post-implementation reviews.
- Identify data quality issues, unexpected trends and opportunities to improve intervention processes.
- Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Document assumptions, limitations and methods so outputs are transparent and repeatable.
Essential skills/experience:
- Good SQL skills and experience working with structured datasets.
- Experience using data to answer business, operational or customer questions.
- Ability to evaluate trade-offs between competing objectives, constraints or outcomes.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
