Hastings Direct is seeking a Commercial Executive – Motor Claims to support our claims strategy and inflation insights. You’ll work with the Commercial Manager to drive improvements in claims performance and engage with internal and external experts to understand drivers of change.
You’ll develop MI, monitor trends, and contribute to cross-functional projects that impact the book of claims, while building knowledge of market movements to mitigate risks.
