Role overview:

Working as part of our Learning and Talent team, you’ll help turn agreed AI, specialist capability and future-skills priorities into practical learning, career framework and capability solutions. Partnering with leaders and subject matter experts across Technology, Commercial, Product Development, Pricing and Underwriting, you’ll support colleagues to build, adopt and apply the skills they need now and in the future.

Job details:

  • Support the development and delivery of AI, data, digital, technical and commercial capability initiatives across specialist business areas.
  • Build and maintain learning pathways, career frameworks, skills maps and progression routes aligned to current and future capability needs.
  • Design and facilitate engaging learning through workshops, digital content, self-directed resources and practical tools for use in the flow of work.
  • Partner with the Organisational Development Capability Partner, business leaders and subject matter experts to translate agreed priorities into effective solutions.
  • Coordinate communities of practice, learning events, capability campaigns and adoption activity for AI, new technology and specialist ways of working.
  • Use capability data, benchmarking, colleague feedback and learning outcomes to provide insight and continuously improve solutions.

Essential skills/experience:

  • Experience within learning, talent, capability or organisational development, including developing and supporting learning solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultancy skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across specialist business areas.
  • Experience working with skills frameworks, career pathways, capability assessments or skills-based workforce development.
  • Confident facilitation and communication skills, with experience creating engaging, practical learning resources and experiences.
  • Ability to interpret data and feedback, identify meaningful insight and translate it into practical improvements.
  • A strong interest in AI and future skills; experience supporting technology or commercial capability, new-tool adoption, or platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub, Snowflake or Guidewire would be beneficial.
