Role overview

Join an ambitious learning team where you can shape learning from the first conversation through to launch and continuous improvement. You will turn business needs into innovative, inclusive and engaging experiences across digital, virtual and in-person formats, supporting technical insurance learning and wider capability across Claims, Customer Operations and other teams. With real ownership across discovery, design, development, delivery and evaluation, you will help bring an exciting learning agenda to life and create solutions that make a measurable difference for colleagues and customers.

Job details

  • Own the end-to-end learning design journey, from discovery and consultation through to design, build, launch, evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Create innovative experiential learning across a range of modalities.
  • Partner with OD Capability Partners, Training Leaders, HR Business Partners and subject matter experts to define needs, outcomes and build the right solution.
  • Deliver engaging, accurate, inclusive, brand-compliant and quality-assured programmes, experiences, content and learning assets to agreed scope and timescales.
  • Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-powered learning tools and immersive learning platforms, to enhance learner engagement and experience, accelerate development and deliver innovative learning solutions at scale.
  • Bring our learning agenda to life by staying close to L&D trends, testing new approaches and using feedback and insight to improve impact and performance.

Essential skills/experience:

  • Proven experience designing highly engaging blended learning experiences that connect clearly to business priorities and desired outcomes.
  • Strong end-to-end design capability, with confidence moving from discovery to development, deployment and evaluation.
  • A passion for learning innovation, with curiosity and confidence to explore and adopt new tools, emerging technologies and modern learning approaches to enhance the design and delivery of learning solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of content authoring, graphic design and multimedia tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360 and web-based platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder consultation and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback and influence the quality of the final product.
  • Comfortable working at pace, managing multiple priorities and ambiguity while taking ownership, solving problems and escalating when needed.
