The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.
Reporting directly to Head of Treasury, you will take ownership of cash and liquidity management, overseeing both daily cash positioning and forward‑looking liquidity planning.
You will ensure accurate forecasting, efficient funding processes, and strong engagement with internal stakeholders.
This is a high‑impact role within a fast‑paced, evolving environment where you will contribute to system implementation, process design, and long‑term treasury strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own group liquidity and funding, including daily cash positioning, forecasting, and funding assumptions to support decision making.
- Lead FX exposure management and hedging activity, with support for interest‑rate derivatives where required.
- Act as key contact for funding, managing facilities utilisation and inter‑company funding arrangements.
- Drive improvements in liquidity efficiency, reducing idle cash and enhancing returns within risk appetite.
- Lead front‑office treasury systems (TMS) design and delivery, including liquidity, forecasting and FX workflows, testing, and go‑live readiness.
- Deliver treasury transformation and automation initiatives, enhancing cash forecasting, analytics, and processes using data and AI while ensuring strong controls and auditability.
Qualifications
- Professional treasury qualification (ACT/AMCT) or working towards one.
- Strong corporate treasury cash management experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management (e. g., CASS 5).
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems and financial systems (ERP/data environments).
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Proactive, adaptable self‑starter, comfortable in evolving environments.
