The Role
Manage our Home trading position through Retail Pricing levers, working closely with our Commercial (responsible for the overall P&L) and Underwriting (responsible for technical pricing) teams. Largely an individual contributor role but will have some line management (1 analyst).
What We Are Looking For
- Analytically focused – leveraging our data to find opportunities to improve trading performance and drive value.
- Ability to manage price changes from initial idea through to live.
- Insurance experience desirable as well as understanding of PCW market.
- Articulate, a good communicator and have strong stakeholder management skills.
- Technically: SQL essential, Earnix strong preference, Python nice to have.
