Responsibilities
- Support Delivery Managers to implement a portfolio of change projects, translating ideas into credible plans that benefit customers, colleagues and the company.
- Build a supportive group of stakeholders for each change, working creatively to solve challenges in partnership with frontline colleagues, specialists and wider Claims/Hastings teams.
- Promote a whole-systems thinking approach, ensuring each change considers processes across the customer journey and is implemented with lasting results.
- Document processes within each change and establish controls to reduce error risk, while ensuring key performance reporting tracks project benefits accurately.
- Deliver robust plans for each change, ensuring clear outcomes, timelines and integration into a busy Claims Operation.
- Coordinate changes across several areas including IT systems, processes and customer communications, and support the budget process for each project.
Qualifications
- Strong proven experience of supporting and delivering multiple projects successfully, including changes across various operational areas such as IT and processes.
- Good knowledge of working with change in a regulated environment such as insurance or financial services – claims or home claims experience is advantageous.
- Experience working in a matrix organisation.
- Genuine drive, motivation and passion for improving outcomes for colleagues and customers.
