Role Overview
As a Commercial Manager in Home Claims, you’ll deliver the execution of our commercial and trading strategy, working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve bold and ambitious targets and support the transformation of our Home Claims function.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Home Claims strategy to maximise commercial outcomes.
- Drive data‑led performance improvement opportunities across the organization and with external suppliers.
- Manage contractual relationships with external suppliers to achieve commercial and customer outcomes.
- Manage risk and business continuity, developing strategies to mitigate threats.
- Own the commercial performance of a key component of Home Claims.
- Identify trading performance improvement opportunities.

- Demonstrable experience delivering commercial initiatives within a busy Home Claims function.
