Responsibilities
- Lead Claims Fraud First Party in protecting Hastings Direct customers against fraudulent claims.
- Provide overall team support and support the Claims Fraud Operations Manager, driving performance and maintaining performance levels.
- Overall responsibility for a team of Claims Fraud First Party Investigators.
- Implement the Claims Fraud strategy and create relevant performance measures.
- Ensure quality and development needs are met day-to-day.
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, team meetings and ensure everyone has a development plan with actions.
- Act as referral point, providing coaching, mentoring and training.
- Provide regular audit reports and bespoke reports as agreed.
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of Claims and/or Fraud.
- Experience in people leadership.
- Understanding of MLCX culture and ability to create that culture within your team.
- Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
