To assist with the smooth running of the Events department for the greatest enjoyment of the guests and maximum profit contribution to the hotel.

Work closely with the Group reservation team ensuring bookings are accurate

Update database with clients correct personal details and ensure all billing information is accurate and correct

Communicate travel details to other team members, providing clear and timely information

Assist visitor groups with their special requests such as dietary restrictions, mobility needs etc.

Liaise closely with tour guides and travel agents regarding planning and scheduling of visitor groups

Prepare and issue invoices for group bookings

Monitor and manage reviews across multiple online platforms such as Tripadvisor, Google Reviews and Booking.com

Respond to all reviews in a timely and professional manner, ensuring you liaise with the relevant departmental teams

Acknowledge positive reviews and resolve issues arising from negative reviews in a constructive and solution oriented approach

Identify trends and recurring themes in customer feedback to provide insights to the management team for service improvements

Assist the events team with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes and generating leads when needed
