Supported by our Restaurant Manager, Eimear Courtney, you will assist the Manager in providing leadership to our team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day supervision of our busy hotel Food and Beverage team. We want to help you to develop your skills and offer an extensive range of learning and development opportunities. The successful candidate will have worked in a busy Food and Beverage environment and be able to lead, motivate and support your team members to achieve success.
You can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven including weekends. Hours vary to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner. Responsibilities:- To be responsible for the supervision of Food and Beverage for the greatest enjoyment of the guests and the maximum profit contribution to the hotel.
- To take responsibility for the effective supervision of the food and beverage teams, ensuring the efficient operation of food and beverage and delivery of Hastings product and service standards.
- To promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
- Right to Work in the United Kingdom.
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with grades A-C in English and Maths.
- Must have previous food and beverage experience.
- Good communication and basic numeracy skills.
- Have previous food and beverage supervisory experience gained within a similar quality establishment.
