The successful candidate can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out seven including weekends.
The salary for this full-time position is £23,842per annum. Hours vary, but typical shift patterns include, 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm.

About The Role
- To supervise the work of housekeeping cleaners to ensure the bedrooms and corridors have been cleaned to the hotel\’s standards.
- To ensure the floor and trolley stocks are checked and maintained, ordering replacement stocks as necessary.
- To ensure relevant housekeeping cleaners receive the appropriate training & coaching in order to do their job.
- To perform a variety of housekeeping cleaning activities as required.
- To ensure quality standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented and daily checking procedures are correctly applied.
- To be knowledgeable about the facilities and services within the hotel and be proactive in the sale of these to guests.
- To assist guests with any reasonable request for hotel services
- Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution.
- To maintain the security of bedrooms and stock always, immediately reporting any breaches and dealing with lost property in accordance with hotel\’s procedures.
- To ensure all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
- To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Report any technical and maintenance needs.
- To work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
- Any other duties as required by management.
