We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to become part of our housekeeping team at the exclusive Culloden Estate and Spa. Under the leadership of our Executive Head Housekeeper, Ash Power, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas of the hotel. Typical tasks include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning toilets, stripping and making beds.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
- Maintain the security of bedrooms and stock, immediately reporting any breaches and dealing with lost property in accordance with company procedures.
- Work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
- Be knowledgeable about the hotel offerings and be proactive in the sale of these to guests.
- Greeting guests and responding to their queries.
- Ensure that guest concerns are dealt with politely and efficiently, reporting them to the Supervisor/Manager on duty.
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as required by management.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Criteria
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- Good command of English language
- Ability to work well under pressure and be a team player

- Previous cleaning experience
- Previous experience in hospitality
Rate of pay: £9 to £12.25 per hour, depending on age.
