If so, we would welcome you to apply for the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor at the exclusive Ballygally Castle.
Supported by our Restaurant Manager, Jessica Browne, you will assist in providing leadership, ensuring the smooth day-to-day supervision of our busy hotel Food and Beverage team. We want to help you to develop your skills and offer an extensive range of learning and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will have worked in a busy Food and Beverage environment and be able to lead, motivate, and support your team members to achieve success. You can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven including weekends. Hours will vary to cover a variety of shifts over breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
