Hastings Hotels is a family owned, luxury hotel group based in Northern Ireland. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to support our Lough Bar Team at the exclusive Culloden Estate & Spa. Supported by our Beverage Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills, and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.

This is a full-time position, five days out of seven and will be based on a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required. About The Role

To be responsible for the presentation of the bar and the service of beverages and snacks for greatest enjoyment of our guests. To serve food and beverages to guests ensuring the highest standard of service and that all guest needs and expectations are met. Typical tasks include, bar stocks, preparing and serving beverages, taking orders and payments. To use equipment and bar pumps efficiently, to maintain proper measures and ensure minimum wastage. To always maintain the security of stock areas, immediately reporting any breaches. To be knowledgeable about the hotel offerings and be proactive in the sale of these to guests. To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
