Under the inspiring leadership of our Head Concierge, Jonathan Wade, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.

The successful candidate can expect to be offered a variety of shifts on a flexible basis including evenings and weekends. The rate of pay for this position is £9.55 - £12.75 per hour, depending on your age. About The Role

  • To be responsible for providing a professional concierge service for the greatest enjoyment of our guests.
  • To welcome guests to the hotel, directing and assisting them as required.
  • To provide guests with information on facilities, services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transport schedules, arranging tickets, bookings, appointments and reservations as required.
  • To provide guests with maps, brochures and other literature, relevant to the area.
  • To be aware of all hotel services and be proactive in the sale of these to guests.
  • To ensure you handle, store and deliver guest luggage with care and to the appropriate destination.
  • To provide a guest car parking service.
  • To assist guests with any reasonable request for hotel services.
  • To work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
  • To maintain the security of guest property and storage areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
  • To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
  • To respond to guest complaints courteously and efficiently, finding the appropriate solution or escalating to the management team when required.
  • Any other duties as required by management.

Required Criteria

  • Right to Work in the United Kingdom
  • Full clean driving licence with no penalty points.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
