Under the leadership of our friendly team, you will support our café within the Spa, providing our guests with an exceptional standard of service. You will also support other Food & Beverage outlets across the beautiful Culloden Estate. We want to help you to develop your skills and offer an extensive range of learning and development opportunities. The successful candidate can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven, and must be available to work weekends.

About The Role
- To be responsible for serving food and beverages for the greatest enjoyment of our guests.
- To maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the service areas according to Hastings Standards.
- To serve food and beverages to guests ensuring the highest standard of service and that all guest needs and expectations are met.
- Typical tasks include clearing and setting tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages and taking payments.
- To ensure all cash, charges, floats and till procedures are carried out correctly.
- Greeting guests and responding to their queries.
- To ensure all equipment and materials are used in the correct manner and any problems are reported immediately.
- To always maintain the security of stock areas, immediately reporting any breaches.
- To be knowledgeable about the hotel offerings and be proactive in the sale of these to guests.
- To ensure that guest concerns are dealt with politely and efficiently, reporting them to the Supervisor/Manager on duty.
- To work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
- To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as required by management.
Required Criteria

- Previous hospitality experience is essential

- Educated to Level 2 (GCSE grades A-C) or the equivalent in English and Mathematics
