We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to lead the Events Team at the exclusive Ballygally Castle. Perched on the tip of the iconic Causeway Coastal Route, Ballygally Castle is a breathtaking 17th-century castle overlooking the golden sands of Ballygally Bay, with uninterrupted views across the Irish Sea. Set in an area rich in history, natural beauty, and coastal charm, it provides a truly unique and inspiring setting for unforgettable events.
As Events Manager, you will lead our friendly team, develop your skills, and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality. The successful candidate can expect to work mainly office hours, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week excluding breaks), with a degree of flexibility for weekend work depending on the needs of the business, and to support the variety of events and functions offered to our guests.
The salary for this full-time position is up to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits including free staff meals, employee discounts, 29 days holiday plus your birthday, and opportunities for career progression and development.
