Hastings Hotels is a family owned, luxury hotel group based in Northern Ireland. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to become part of our Hotel Reception Team at the exclusive, five-star Culloden Estate & Spa. Under the inspiring leadership of our Front Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills, and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.

The successful candidate can expect to work on a part-time basis, 21 hours per week (excluding breaks), three shifts out of seven including weekends. Hours vary, but typical shift patterns include 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, and 12pm to 8pm. The salary for this part-time position is £14,742 per annum, paid weekly. This is pro-rata the full-time equivalent salary of £24,570.

About The Role
  • To meet and greet guests upon their arrival at the hotel ensuring an efficient, professional and friendly check in/out process.
  • To be knowledgeable about the facilities and services within the hotel and the amenities and attractions in the locality.
  • To be aware of all hotel services and be proactive in the sale of these to guests.
  • To check in guests on arrival and check them out at the end of their stay, ensuring that the correct procedures are followed for receiving.
