Hastings Hotels is a family owned, luxury hotel group based in Northern Ireland. We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic people to assist our Food & Beverage Team at the Cultra Inn on the grounds of the 5-star Culloden Estate & Spa. As one of County Downs finest bars and restaurants, we are committed to providing the freshest and most mouth-watering menus. From breakfast to dinner, we use only the finest locally sourced ingredients to create memorable dishes that showcase the best local, seasonal produce.
We are also delighted to see the return of our Bollinger Champagne Garden for another sensational summer on the estate, and will need capable team members to assist in delivering a delightful experience for our guests. Supported by the Inn Manager, Gary Moran, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills, and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality. You may be offered a variety of shifts depending on business needs and we expect these positions to be required for the summer season. The rate of pay for this casual work is £9.55 to £12.75 per hour, depending on your age.

About The RoleTo be responsible for the presentation of guest areas and the service of food, beverages, and snacks for greatest enjoyment of our guests. To serve food and beverages to guests ensuring the highest standard of service and that all guest needs and expectations are met. Typical tasks include, bar stocks, serving food and beverages, taking orders and taking payments. To always maintain the security of stock areas, immediately reporting any breaches. To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
