The successful candidate can expect to be offered a variety of shifts and whilst the position is advertised on a casual basis, we would also be pleased to discuss a full or part-time contract.
The rate of pay for this position is £9 – £12.25 per hour, depending on your age.

About The Role
To be responsible for providing a professional concierge service for the greatest enjoyment of our guests.
- To welcome guests to the hotel, directing and assisting them as required.
- To provide guests with information on facilities, services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transport schedules, arranging tickets, bookings, appointments and reservations as required.
- To provide guests with maps, brochures and other literature, relevant to the area.
- To be aware of all hotel services and be proactive in the sale of these to guests.
- To ensure you handle, store and deliver guest luggage with care and to the appropriate destination.
- To provide a guest car parking service.
- To assist guests with any reasonable request for hotel services.
- To work effectively with colleagues to ensure an harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
- To maintain the security of guest property and storage areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches.
- To comply with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- To respond to guest complaints with courteously andefficiently, finding the appropriate solution or escalate to the management team when required.
- Any other duties as required by management.
About You
We would love you to have some similar previous experience and a passion for excellent guest service.
Required Criteria
- Right to Work in the United Kingdom
- Full clean driving licence with no penalty points.
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Work well under pressure and be a team player
