When we work together we can do amazing things. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to become part of our Hotel Reception Team at the exclusive Europa Hotel. Under the inspiring leadership of our Front Office Manager, Lynne Combe, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.

The successful candidate can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven including weekends. Hours vary, but typical shift patterns include 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm. The salary for this exciting position is £24,570 per annum. About The Role

To meet and greet guests at the hotel ensuring an efficient, professional and friendly check in/out process.

  • To be knowledgeable about the facilities and services within the hotel and the amenities and attractions in the locality.
  • To be aware of all hotel services and be proactive in the sale of these to guests.
  • To check in guests on arrival and check them out at the end of their stay, ensuring that the correct procedures are followed for receiving payments.
