The Hastings District Council is seeking an experienced and commercially astute leader to manage and grow our Arts and Culture venues, including Toitoi Hawke’s Bay Arts & Events Centre, Hastings City Art Gallery and Te Whare Waiaroha. This senior leadership role is responsible for maximising venue performance through strong commercial management, financial sustainability and operational excellence, while ensuring our arts and culture facilities continue to deliver meaningful community outcomes.
You will lead diverse teams, build strategic partnerships, and steward significant public assets, balancing artistic, community and commercial priorities.
