Hastings Direct – Home Claims is seeking an experienced Technical Home Claims Handler to oversee Escape of Water claims. You will manage a portfolio from notification to resolution, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure fair outcomes in line with Hastings’ standards.
You will operate in a hybrid role with some in-office days and remote work, completing training and maintaining SLAs while delivering trusted support to customers through a disruptive time.
