Role Overview
As our Supplier Relationship Executive, you’ll support the implementation and ongoing management of the Hastings Building Repair Network, focusing on contractor onboarding, assurance, governance, and commercial performance across UK regions.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Support the Building Network Manager with implementation and operational management of the building repair network.
- Coordinate and manage contractor onboarding, ongoing assurance, and regular governance, including monthly and quarterly management meetings.
- Implement and maintain a robust contractor management framework for oversight of customer outcomes.
- Use contractor, market, and system MI to analyse operational and commercial performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive implementation.
- Build strong relationships with contractors to support delivery of improvements.
- Create clear and straightforward network performance reporting for the team and stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with a national building repair network.
- Strong knowledge of building repair costs and commercial dynamics within insurance claims.
- Strong analytical ability with experience translating MI to varied stakeholder audiences.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills and ability to influence change.
