Role
The Multi Analytics Pricing Manager will manage a team of analysts that uncover insights into multi‑product and multi‑policy households. You’ll work closely with modelling, deployment and commercial teams to translate findings into actionable ideas for deployment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, driving discovery and delivery of pricing insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (modelling, deployment, commercial) to turn insights into deployable solutions.
- Lead the intelligence cycle from discovery to live, ensuring actionable ideas are implemented.
Qualifications
- Analytically focused, leveraging data to identify value opportunities.
- Commercially aware of how changes impact customers.
- Experience managing intelligence from discovery to launch and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Insurance experience highly desirable – especially multi‑product/multi‑policy brokerage and knowledge of the PCW market.
- Ability to manage and train junior team members.
- Excellent communicator.
- SQL essential; Python preferred; Earnix a plus.
