We are looking for a New Business Representative to join our customer teams at Hastings Direct in Leicester. The role focuses on generating new quotes and supporting customers through the purchase of car, bike, van, home or multi‐policy products.
Base Pay & Working Hours
Starting salary of £25,150 with automatic increase to £25,500 after the 12‐week coaching period. Pay can rise to £27,500 with focused development. Working 37.5 hours per week, including one full weekend and one Saturday in every five weeks. Our opening hours are Monday‐Friday 08:00‐19:00, Saturday 09:00‐17:00 and Sunday 09:00‐13:00.
Training & Hybrid Working
Six weeks of face‐to‐face training in the office followed by office attendance until week 12. After this, you will receive sign‐off to move to hybrid working – typically one day in office per week with the option for more.

- Provide customers with clear, personalised advice on insurance products, help them to understand coverage options and guide them through the digital purchase process.
- Build rapport, maintain detailed records and deliver high‐quality customer service across all channels.
