Job details – you’ll need to have demonstrable experience in:

  • Working for the Optimisation team in Digital New Business & Renewals you will assist in delivering the strategy and KPIs which directly contribute to business objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery in experimentation, including prioritisation, managing the Optimisation Roadmap, requirements gathering, test briefing & sign-off processes with key stakeholders, measurement and next step recommendations.
  • Maintaining of the Optimisation Roadmap and tracking of all activity, hypotheses creation, outcomes and applying these across the organisation.
  • Conducting regular competitor analysis and insights, staying abreast of industry best practice.
  • Driving the continuous process improvement of our processes covering insight-driven ideation, business prioritisation, customer centric UX execution, robust build and QA processes and reporting, analysis and communications.
  • In addition to our core Optimisation programme, you will support the development and delivery of new propositions, and MVPs to our customer base.
  • Experience working in optimisation and experimentation with a proven track record of commercial success working in a high-volume ecommerce business.
  • Experience working with data platforms such as PowerBI and Snowflake together with a solid understanding of commercial performance.
  • An experienced, data-driven digital / digital marketing professional focused on evaluating qual and quant data and turning this into conversion-centric digital strategies and online experiences.
  • The ability to apply knowledge of user testing and research and web analytics, including user segments and audiences, to the optimisation process.
  • Hands-on experience of using one or more AB testing platforms – e.g., Monetate, Optimizely etc. Experience of client-side testing is essential and server-side testing is preferred.
  • Experience in user experience design and website content.
