Job Title: Supply Manager – Home Claims
Location: Leicester, London or Bexhill (all hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong partnerships with key suppliers to ensure superior customer and business outcomes.
- Lead and deliver strategic supply management initiatives, including internal operational workstreams.
- Use data, MI and technology to build a comprehensive view of supply‑chain costs, identify and secure material cost‑reduction opportunities.
- Collaborate with Supplier Relationship Managers to implement changes and improvements while maintaining strong supplier partnerships and customer outcomes.
- Build and monitor a savings pipeline for the team, track benefit realization and report on progress.
- Manage improvement plans and foster relationships with key partners to drive performance, innovation and mutual growth.
- Review supplier risk, resilience, control and assurance requirements with internal stakeholders and suppliers, delivering actions and evidence.
- Identify market opportunities to create further strategic partnerships and arrangements aligned with Home Claims objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Comprehensive experience working with data and MI in a commercial analysis capacity within an insurance‑claims background.
- Extensive experience managing suppliers/supply chain across a Home Claims function.
- Demonstrable experience delivering key workstreams and material commercial improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
