Overview
Work as part of a dedicated team to investigate suspected fraudulent third‑party claims, primarily focused on credit hire fraud. You will manage a live caseload, gather evidence, interview involved parties, review technical reports, liaise with panel solicitors and make decisions that protect the company’s commercial interests while ensuring fair outcomes for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Investigate multiple fraud types and manage a high‑volume caseload through the full lifecycle.
- Gather and assess evidence, including conducting interviews, reviewing engineering reports and evaluating vehicle damage.
- Coordinate with panel solicitors and in‑house legal teams to determine appropriate claim actions.
- Proactively monitor cases for commercial outcomes and escalations when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate case records and documentation.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrable experience handling high‑value motor fraud (third‑party).
- Background in non‑delegated litigation and legal case management.
- Proficiency in conducting verbal interviews and accurate terminology recording.
- Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset with confident communication skills.
