The Role: The risk pricing manager will lead a team of 2 analysts with the aim of delivering our profit and growth targets for home. Key Accountabilities: Prioritising team resource and workstack items to help achieve our home profit and growth targets Analysing various data sources (including loss, policy, quote and market data), to identify opportunities to improve our risk pricing. Developing & delivering new insight, including the integration of new data, new innovative techniques and ways of working Working closely with Actuarial, Data Science, Underwriting, Data Engineering,
