Hastings Direct is seeking a Fraud Investigator – Household Claims. You will tackle suspected fraudulent claims across contents and buildings, working hybrid with one day a week in your chosen office in Leicester or Bexhill.
You’ll collaborate with Operational Teams, Suppliers and wider Fraud Teams to identify and respond to fraud and support market-leading fraud defence. Reporting into a Home Fraud Team Leader, you will review claims, perform investigations, and contribute to fraud processes
