This position focuses on our fast-growing Home product and covers a broad range of responsibilities, including driving commercial initiatives, managing supplier performance, and improving customer outcomes.You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to help achieve ambitious targets and support our transformation into a best-in-class Home Claims function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a real impact.**Job Details:*** Monitor KPIs using internal and external MI, identifying underperformance and supporting improvement strategies.* Assist with budget planning, reforecasting, and development of business cases for operational and commercial changes.* Deliver accurate MI reports and contribute to commercial presentations and performance reviews.* Lead or support commercial projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.* Provide MI insights for supplier performance, driving improvements across the supply chain.* Champion good customer outcomes by challenging processes that do not meet expectations and ensuring customer interests are central to decision-making* Uphold compliance with FCA regulations, complete mandatory training, and maintain role competence**Skills we would love you to have:*** Strong analytical, numerical, and data interpretation skills with proficiency in SQL.* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in Microsoft Office tools.* Skilled in data visualization using Excel and Power BI to communicate insights effectively.* Ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.* Commercially focused, results-driven, and adaptable within fast-paced, matrix environments.* Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and personal development.**The interview process**Our interview process involves the below: * **Initial Screening Call** – A brief conversation with the Hiring Manager to discuss your background, experience, and interest in the role.* **Final Interview (1 Hour)** – This includes a **competency-based interview** and a **case study assessment** to evaluate your problem-solving and analytical skills.As a Disability Confident employer, we’re committed to ensuring our recruitment processes are fully inclusive – what this means to you is if you’re applying for a job with us, you’ll have fair access to support and adjustments throughout your recruitment journey.
