Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing communication strategies that support and align with business goals, collaborating with leadership to identify key messages, priorities and communication opportunities.
- Managing internal communications by creating and distributing materials such as process guidance, images and videos, intranet updates, presentations and reports, and organising and supporting events, colleague briefings and other internal engagement initiatives.
- Creating high quality content for a variety of platforms, including digital, print and presentations – ensuring consistent tone, style and branding.
- Managing the framework and communications to colleagues during incidents and providing guidance on appropriate messaging to protect and enhance reputation.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally and monitoring stakeholder feedback, providing insights to the leadership team to inform decision-making.
- Tracking and analysing the effectiveness of communication initiatives using metrics and feedback and preparing regular reports to evaluate the divisions communication performance and recommending improvements.
Skills we would love you to have
- Proven experience in managing both internal and external communication campaigns.
- Knowledge of branding, content creation and digital communication strategies – proficient with communication tools and platforms including intranet systems, social and image/video design software.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships across wide and diverse groups.
