Commercial Manager based in Leicester or Bexhill‑On‑Sea (Hybrid, 1 office day per week). Responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the Car Retention long‑term strategy, driving commercial outcomes and ensuring customer‑centric decision making.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of the Car Retention long‑term strategy and medium‑term plan to deliver sustained improvements in commercial outcomes.
- Use insight, analysis, and commercial judgment to identify and deliver Persistency and income opportunities in partnership with Pricing, Digital, Marketing, Underwriting and Operations.
- Lead the implementation and delivery of initiatives and change, ensuring benefits are delivered rapidly and with maximum effect.
- Ensure compliance with fair and reasonable customer expectations, questioning and challenging processes that do not place customers at the heart of the business.
- Accountable for delivering and maintaining effective customer journeys to maximise Persistency outcomes.
- Define and implement appropriate controls to monitor agreed outcomes on key journeys, including relevant training material.

- Experience working within a highly regulated environment.
- Results‑oriented with a drive to deliver against commercial and customer targets.
- Good numerical reasoning and ability to draw insights from data.
