Job Title: Supplier Portal Development Executive - Home Claims
Location: Leicester, London or Bexhill (hybrid)
Role purpose
As a Supplier Executive, you will enable Home Claims and suppliers to collaborate through the supplier tools used daily. You will help shape the tools that support supplier instructions, scoping, updates and communication, and provide clear management information (MI) to improve customer and business outcomes. You will work with colleagues and suppliers to understand current and future needs and translate them into a practical roadmap that supports the wider Home Claims strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the supplier scoping and communication tool used by Home Claims, ensuring it supports effective and efficient collaboration between the business and suppliers.
- Collaborate with supplier management, operational teams, suppliers and stakeholders to define current and future tool capabilities for scoping, costing, updating and MI delivery.
- Develop a strong understanding of how the tool works to inform decisions on usage, improvements, integration and ongoing performance.
- Agree a clear, prioritized roadmap for setup and integration improvements; work with change and technology teams to connect the tool with other Hastings systems and supplier systems.
- Review each release to identify issues, capture learning and improve future rollouts; coordinate with the tool provider on improvements and opportunities.
- Act as the go-to person for questions about how the supplier tooling is used, managed and changed.
Essential skills and experience
- Strong knowledge of configuring and understanding claims tools with exposure to systems change and/or implementation; Home Claims experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience working with suppliers and stakeholders, able to work with people at different levels to deliver change and shape strategic decisions.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.
