The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 £ per year.

Locations: Bexhill or Leicester (Hybrid) with the expectation to come into the office once a week, but there is some degree of flexibility around this (i.e. we're happy to flex to once a fortnight if you're further afield).

Job Details
  • Taking on a portfolio of change projects, translating great ideas into credible plans that benefit customers, colleagues and our company.
  • Championing a whole systems thinking approach, considering processes across the entire claims journey.
  • Defining robust plans to implement each change, ensuring each project has clear outcomes, timelines and can be embedded whilst managing the day to day claims operation.
  • Providing program level status reporting for all project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
  • Working creatively to solve challenges in partnership with frontline colleagues, claims specialists and our wider claims team.
  • Managing the budget for each project and coaching/mentoring our delivery executives.
Skills we would love you to have
  • Proven background and experience of delivering multiple projects successfully, including change across operational areas, IT and general processes.
  • A strong knowledge of operational and risk management principles and practices.
  • A strong understanding of Home Claims/Household Claims will be a huge advantage.
