Role Overview
We’re transforming the way we manage Home Claims, aiming to make the process more straightforward for customers and colleagues. Reporting to an Operations Delivery Manager, you will support the delivery of high-impact, high-value change projects alongside a busy Home Claims team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Delivery Managers to implement a portfolio of change projects, translating ideas into credible plans that benefit customers, colleagues, and the company.
- Build a supportive group of stakeholders, partner with frontline colleagues, specialists and wider teams, and creatively solve challenges.
- Apply a whole-systems thinking approach ensuring each change considers processes across the customer journey and yields lasting results.
- Document processes and controls within each change to reduce risk of error and enable accurate performance reporting.
- Deliver robust plans for each change with clear outcomes, timelines, and embed them within the busy Claims Operation.
- Coordinate changes across IT systems, processes, customer communications, and support the budget process for each project.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Good knowledge of change management in a regulated environment such as insurance or financial services, and any claims/home claims experience is advantageous, within a matrix organisation.
- Proven experience supporting and delivering multiple projects successfully, including changes across IT and processes.
- Genuine drive, motivation and passion for improving outcomes for colleagues, customers, and the company.
