The CIO team plays a crucial role in this journey, working on cutting‑edge projects that enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement. The role involves a major transformation of our Finance systems using Workday to streamline, simplify and strengthen how we operate. As a Workday Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our financial technology landscape on the Workday platform.

Leading the definition of our target architecture, best practices, patterns and standards across the Workday platform. Working with project teams in designing and supporting the delivery of Workday solutions that align to our target architecture and support the successful implementation of all changes. Work closely with architects in the team to ensure Workday compliments and integrates across the wider technology landscape and strategy.

Skills we would love you to have:

  • Understanding of insurance subledger accounting, data lineage, foundational data modelling, including Worktags and chart of accounts design.
  • Experience in designing Workday integrations, using modern patterns and tooling.
  • Knowledge of Workday reporting - Report Writer, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets and Office Connect.
  • Working knowledge across several of the following Workday Financials modules: PRISM / Accounting Centre, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Business Assets, Projects, Expenses.
