Hastings Direct is seeking a Learning & Development Designer to shape learning from discovery through to launch and ongoing improvement. Based in the UK with hybrid options in Bexhill or Leicester, you will design engaging experiences across digital, virtual and in-person formats to support Claims, Customer Operations and other teams.
You will partner with OD Capability Partners and SMEs to define needs, deliver brand-compliant programmes, and leverage emerging technologies to scale impact.
