Role Building Surveyor with 2+ years experience to join the team. Work across a range of Class 2 to Class 9 projects, including commercial, retail, industrial, and government developments across NSW.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting inspections, assessments, approvals, and certifications
  • Working both in the office and on-site
  • Managing your own workload with support from a collaborative team
  • Developing practical and compliant solutions across a variety of projects

About You

  • Currently registered as a Building Surveyor in NSW (or working towards)
  • 2+ years experience in building surveying or construction
  • Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (NCC) and relevant legislation
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • A positive attitude with a team-focused approach
  • TAFE or university qualifications in Building Surveying or Construction Management
  • A valid driver’s licence
