You will be a self‑starter who is happy working alone.
You will take control of any property‑related tasks that might arise, including assisting with new property developments and general office administration.
You will grow with the business, overseeing staff and helping us to expand the portfolio.

Qualifications
- Have at least 3 years of experience in property management or as a PA or EA.
- Be independent and great at managing your own time.
- Live no further than a 45‑minute commute from Blackhorse Road tube station.
- Have fantastic organisational skills and experience in systemised working.
- Be competent in both spoken and written English.
- Be proficient with software (e. g., Office, Zoom, Xero, Arthur, or other property management software) and quick to learn new software.
Being able to work entirely from your phone while out and about would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Driving is not required. We are a 3‑minute walk from Blackhorse Road tube station.
- Be able to work flexibly, starting at 24 hours per week from our home office
Responsibilities
- Advertising for tenants online and monitoring tenant inquiries.
- Managing the director’s emails and online diary.
- Meeting with clients, estate agents, landlords, and tenants.
- Occasional property inspections via public transport/taxi.
- Organising property repairs promptly while minimising costs.
- Liaising with tradespeople and estate agents to achieve great results.
- Ensuring property and lettings compliance with current rules using our systems.
- Conducting online research and assisting with new property acquisitions, or supervising others to do this.
- Property inspections for potential new build sites and acquisitions.
- General day‑to‑day administration and internet research.
- Managing and reviewing filing and office systems.
- Compiling financial information and chasing payments where appropriate.
