Roles and Responsibilities:
Our Learning Coach/Teaching Assistant model centres around the needs of children. Therefore all our Learning Coaches spend time between supporting targeted children with SEND needs and specific intervention groups. Learning Coaches are not class based.
Hours:
There may be some flexibility on working patterns, so please express your preference on application (mornings/afternoon). Final working patterns will be by agreement with the school and in line with the needs of the pupils.
Salary:
Level 2. This is a fixed term post until August 2027 (school term time only) in the first instance. There may be scope to extend this contract, subject to funding.
