Person Specification

  • Interest or experience in Lettings or property
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • People first attitude with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, empowering culture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Good local knowledge desirable
  • Full Manual Driving Licence

Responsibilities

  • Management of your own and shared email inboxes
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Updating the CRM system with new applicants, appointments and viewings
  • Booking valuations
  • Conducting viewings and seeking offers
  • Objection handling
  • Identifying and maximising cross selling opportunities
  • Providing the best advice and service to the customer at all times

Hours of work

Full time hours can be offered for the summer period including Saturdays 9am until 4pm with a 30 minute break. After this, Saturday cover and additional hours to cover holidays as mutually agreed.
