Our Environment Group has been providing environmental solutions for our clients for over 30 years in the UK. We offer a comprehensive range of environmental services to support all sizes and types of development. From high profile infrastructure projects such as the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farms, the Woodsmith Crop Nutrients Mine, and Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station, to carbon management, climate resilience, locally-driven habitat enhancement and wider biodiversity net gain projects. We combine market-leading technical excellence, across the range of environmental disciplines, with a clear understanding of clients’ ambitions, needs and pressures.
We specialise in consenting, permitting and licencing support for complex infrastructure developments and operations. We have successfully supported our clients in delivering sustainable projects in sectors including energy, industry, marine development and catchment management.
Due to continued growth in a variety of markets including offshore wind (especially in Round 4 and Scotwind) and in the water sector we are looking to grow our team.
Job Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, optimistic, conscientious and talented person with excellent communication skills and technical ability in relation to terrestrial EIA’s and the consenting of onshore infrastructure projects. In this role you will be responsible for the leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams delivering environmental assessment projects. Your role will involve directly working with clients, problem solving and representing the company in client offices, regulator and stakeholder meetings.

- Significant experience in the delivery of EIAs and the consenting process
- Significant experience working with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience in post-consent project delivery
- Robust project management and financial management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational, analytical and time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
