Job Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Senior Environmental Consultant with strong communication skills and technical expertise in terrestrial EIA and onshore infrastructure consenting.

  • Lead and support complex environmental assessment projects including EIAs and/or the discharge of consent conditions.
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide technical input on environmental assessments.
  • Develop and review environmental reports for consenting processes.
  • Engage directly with clients to offer strategic advice and problem‑solving.
  • Represent the company in client offices, regulator meetings, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, planning policy, and best practice standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering technical excellence.
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in environmental assessment methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in the delivery of EIAs and the consenting process.
  • Experience in the post‑consent project delivery.
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Robust project management and financial management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational, analytical and time‑management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
