We are recruiting a Pastry Chef (CDP) on a part-time, temporary (3-months) basis, working 9am-5:30pm on Mondays & Thursdays.
Pay scale from £27,000 DOE.
The role of Chef De Partie involves assisting with the day-to-day running of a busy production kitchen and providing high quality food from an agreed menu. You will oversee the patisserie counter. A strong pastry background is a requirement of this position. Key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standard of customer service is always delivered. You must be a team player and support the rest of the kitchen team during a busy service.
About You
This role is well suited to a self-motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be proactive and energetic and be able to work in a busy fast-paced environment. Previous catering, Patisserie and high-volume production experience is preferred.
