We are recruiting a Chef De Partie on a full-time, permanent basis, working 38 hours per week including alternate weekends. Pay scale from Β£26,000 DOE.
The role of Chef De Partie involves assisting with the day-to-day running of a busy production kitchen and providing high quality food from an agreed menu. You will oversee our counter service, the carvery, pizza oven and patisserie counter, focusing mainly on making the pizzas and salads on a daily basis. A strong pastry background is also a requirement of this position. This role benefits from sociable hours with no split-shifts as well as alternate weekends off plus a day off in the week and only one late night a week.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standard of customer service is always delivered. You must be a team player and support the rest of the kitchen team during a busy service.
About You
This role is well suited to a self-motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be proactive and energetic and be able to work in a busy fast-paced environment. Previous catering, patisserie and high-volume production experience is preferred.
